My youngest granddaughter spent the day with me, doing all kinds of cute toddler things, like putting two bowls from the play kitchen on top of the stack of real bowls in the kitchen. Everytime I see those plastic toy bowls there, it warms may heart and makes me thankful for the joy my little grandchildren bring into my life.
I’m also thankful
- that, except for the kale, the garden is in for the year.
- for the extra time I’ll have for other projects now.
- for crisp fall air and snow in the mountains.
- for the beautiful wooded trails that surround my subdivision, and frequent trail walks with dogs and grandchildren.
- for the bucket of cranberries picked yesterday.
- for a few new opportunities.
- for this upcoming Thanksgiving weekend.
- that Jesus always lives to make intercession for me.
