Being Thankful on November 13
I’m thankful for the full moon and the clear sky that make tonight bright and beautiful.
God made the two great lights—the greater light to rule the day and the lesser light to rule the night—and the stars. And God set them in the expanse of the heavens to give light on the earth, to rule over the day and over the night, and to separate the light from the darkness. (Genesis 1:16-17 ESV)
- Susie is thankful for her mom.
- Connie is thankful for all the little conveniences.
- Liz is thankful for “That Jesus loves me and makes beautiful skies to show it.”
- Dawn is thankful for her cozy little home.
- Suzanne is thankful for Google Reader.
- Dorothy is thankful for a good boss.
- Tulipgirl is thankful for encouraging words.
- Kim of Hiraeth is thankful for forgiveness.
- Kim of The Upward Call is thankful that she’s not as sick as she could be and that she has Turner Classic Movies for entertainment.
I’m celebrating good gifts from God during the month of November and hoping you’ll be thankful for your good gifts, too. Here’s how you can join in the thanksgiving and even, perhaps, get something material from it. If you’ve posted something you’ve posted something you’ve expected me to include and you don’t see it on the list, please let me know. I do miss things sometimes.
