Being Thankful on November 14
A few days ago I wrote that I loved blogging because it adds discipline to my life and keeps me learning. I’d probably keep on doing it without feedback, but still, it’s good to be told that someone learns from what I write or makes good use of what they find here. And I’ve received some encouraging words like that over the past week and I’m thankful for them.
- It’s Dawn’s birthday, and she’s thankful to have had so many years.
- Dorothy is thankful for days when she gets to stay home all day.
- Tulipgirl is thankful for weekends and more.
- Julana is thankful for her son’s wonderful aide at school.
- Kim of The Upward Call is thankful for good report cards.
- Suzanne is thankful for a friend.
- Kim of Hiraeth is thankful for “the right tools, the right instruction, and time to practice.”
- Liz is thankful for the “circumstances, events and schedule shifts that have led to my attending a movie tonight with just my husband for the first time (I believe) since our kids were born.”
- Connie is thankful for God’s longsuffering.
- Ann is thankful for an everning together as a family.
- Becky is thankful for her Lord.
What are you thankful for?
I’m celebrating good gifts from God during the month of November and hoping you’ll be thankful for your good gifts, too. Here’s how you can join in the thanksgiving and even, perhaps, get something material from it. If you’ve posted something you’ve posted something you’ve expected me to include and you don’t see it on the list, please let me know. I do miss things sometimes.
