Being Thankful on November 6

I’m thankful that I now have my own sewing room and my own office. I’m turning the bedroom that belonged to the girls into a guest bedroom/sewing room, and the room that was oldest son’s office is now my office. I set up the office a couple of weeks ago and I’m moving the sewing stuff in and organizing it this week. I’m already enjoying the office and I look forward to enjoying the sewing room.

Updates

What are you thankful for?

I’m celebrating good gifts from God during the month of November and hoping you’ll be thankful for your good gifts, too. Here’s how you can join in the thanksgiving and even, perhaps, get something material from it.

(Today I’ve put the thanksgiving post up a little earlier than usual because I will be gone this evening. If you put up a post for today, will you let me know by email so I’ll be able to just check my mail and add your post to the list when I get home?)

Over time, I have sort of commandeered our office and made it into my studio. It's wonderful to have a place to create--where everything has it's place and when the mood strikes it's right there waiting for you! Enjoy your sewing room! I predict you will be sewing more often!

I am thankful for the almost-unheard-of-almost-70-degree-weather we had today here in the northlands...
Well...maybe we're not as northland-ish as YOUR northlands.

I am thankul for my small dining wood table that I am now using as a computer desk. Now I don't have to lug my laptop from one place to another. Also thankful I have a job as we had a huge lay-off recently-have had about 7 in the last year and a half.
Also thankful for the rhubarb strawberry jam my sister-in-law keeps me supplied with-no other jam tasts as delicious on my Saturnday morning toast

Oops-spelling error in above comment-tasts should be spelled tastes. Sorry about that
