It’s Canada Day, when Canadians do the Fourth of July thing, only three days earlier and for a different nation. To celebrate, I’m updating my desktop photo. Conveniently, this photo shows you some of Canada’s beauty, and more specifically, the beauty of Canada’s Yukon. I’m not sure where this picture was taken, but if I find out later, I’ll update this post with that information.
The photographer says the photo is of Mush Lake in Kluane National Park.

It's gorgeous! It's so dry here in Colorado, your Yukon lake looks particularly cool and inviting. We need rain desperately!
So beautiful! Thanks for sharing! And Happy Canada Day! I'll have to look up on Wikipedia exactly what you celebrate on this day.
Becky,
We seem to always have the same desk-top photo. Wonder how that happens. It is a beautiful picture. Appears the water is running out of my screen. Don't I wish!
So hot here.
Happy Canada Day?
It looks like Marsh Lake to me, Rebecca.
Apparently it's Mush Lake in Kluane... :)
Its beautiful, Rebecca! Absolutely beautiful!
Very beautiful. I agree with Rosemany. It is hot and dray and half of California is burning. We get the thick smoke. We are going on about two weeks of thick smoke-filled skies.
