Thanksgiving 2
Winter arrived for good over the weekend. I was going to say I’m thankful for new snow, but I’m not quite feeling that yet.
I can say that I’m thankful for my warm house, something that matters more and more to me as I get older. My heavenly Father cares and provides for me and I am thankful.
What are you thankful for today?
- Rachel is thankful for a great school.
- Jules is thankful for her church home.
- On her new business blog, Kim is thankful “that it is the Lord who ultimately establishes my steps—in this business and in all of my life.”
- Elle is thankful for her family’s Jubilee house.
- Connie is thankful that she is married to her best friend.
- Kim is thankful that we can be declared righteous.
- Lisa is thankful for her husband.
- Kim of Hiraeth is thankful for Rosemary and her other blogging friends.
- Carla is thankful for Christian fellowship.
- Rosemary is thankful for the Word of God.
- Ann is thankful for the Lord Jesus Christ.
- Update: Dorothy is thankful for God’s glorious creation.
- Update: Jenn is thankful for her husband’s grace, strength and humility through difficult times.
- Update: Kim is thankful that she could “bring home sweet Clara to such a loving family.”
- Update: Lisa is thankful for extra pushes.
- Update: Leslie is thankful for the work God has done in the heart of Abby Johnson.
- Update: Jennifer is thankful for her family.
- Update: Tulipgirl is thankful for a whole list of things.
Here are three ways you can join in the thanksgiving.
- Mention something you’re thankful for in the comments here and I’ll included it in one of my thanksgiving posts, or
- Email me to tell me what you’re thankful for and I’ll include it in a post, or
- Post your thankful thought(s) on your own blog, send me the link(s), and I’ll link to your post(s). If you plan to make your thanksgiving posts daily during the month, let me know that and you won’t need to send me daily links.
If you’ve got a thanksgiving post and I missed it, please let me know so I can add your link.

Thanks for hosting us!
I'm with you on enjoying a warm house when the weather is cold outside. Cozy is one of my favorite words!
I am also thankful to you, Rebecca! What a glorious thing to share in the gratitude of others who love Jesus :)
After being diagnosed with ovarian cancer in January I'm thankful that chemo is done and I am feeling good. I'm thankful to be living in a time when medical care helps us deal with such illness, unlike the time of our grandparents or great-grandparents. Spiritually, I'm thankful that God holds us safe in His hands. No matter what, we are His. John 10:28,29 and a whole lot more!
