Overlooking the Airport, June 24, 2010
This photos is taken from the spot from where we watched the Whitehorse bit of the 9/11 drama unfold. I wrote of that day at the old blog. The flat area behind the buildings in the forground is the Whitehorse airport. Those two Korean airliners would have been to the right of the photo on the first runway (about 1/3 of the way up from the bottom).

I just read your September 11 post for the first time. It's as though I'm standing against the wall of the hospital room, hand over my mouth, watching and praying.
If I'm still blogging, I'll try to remember to repost that one on the 10th anniversary of 9-11.
