Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.
But to all who did receive him, who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God… .
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.
Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.
But if some of the branches were broken off, and you, although a wild olive shoot, were grafted in among the others and now share in the nourishing root of the olive tree, do not be arrogant toward the branches. If you are, remember it is not you who support the root, but the root that supports you. Then you will say, “Branches were broken off so that I might be grafted in.” That is true. They were broken off because of their unbelief, but you stand fast through faith. So do not become proud, butfear. For if God did not spare the natural branches, neither will he spare you.
… the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all who believe. For there is no distinction … .
For good news came to us just as to them, but the message they heard did not benefit them, because they were not united by faith with those who listened. For we who have believed enter that rest, as he has said,
‘They shall not enter my rest,’”
although his works were finished from the foundation of the world.
