Oldest daughter moves in today and youngest daughter moves out tomorrow, so things are very busy here. Oldest daughter lost her cat Wednesday night when someone broke into her apartment while she was at work, and then left access to the outside through a broken window. If the cat isn’t found by the time daughter has to leave for the airport this morning, it will have to be left behind. As you can imagine, this is causing her quite a bit of anxiety.

And I still have a lot of planting to do.

I'm so glad that the cat came back. It would be very hard for her to leave without her kitty.

I just came over here from bloglines to say that something similar happened to me once, and we found the cat just before I had to move. I'm so glad it came back! Moving is ordeal enough without losing a 'family member' along the way. :)

Yep, it is so good the cat came back. She would have felt so torn leaving it.

Although now we have to do the work of integrating a very shy kitty into a household that already has one dog that loves cats way too much, and one very big, bold, and ornery cat.

I'm so delighted that the kitty came back! What a relief!

Well, we've had a cat fight or two, and she's showing that she's not as shy as one might think!
