Huge intake of breath. . .

That is a stunning photo! We're not that far along in IL.

Sigh. I sure would like to take a walk right there!

Beautiful, Rebecca. We've been having some of the color changes here in SE Minnesota, but not as far along as you appear to be there. The late rains this summer may help with the production of more vibrant fall colors. My wife, Ann, and I had an hour and half drive to help with a pastor's installation service last Sunday and the drive was beautiful. Hope we can get out again over the next two weekends to take in God's majesty.

Oh, so gorgeous! Our pines are dropping needles, but we don't have very many leafy trees at our altitude. I miss the beauty of the leafy change of color in the fall.

That is a gorgeous picture. As wonderful as Southern California is during January and February, the leaves don't turn colors, and their isn't that fall nip in the air. (I'm originally from Minnesota.) This picture reminds me of home (makes me miss it even more).

Hopefully I'll see you at GodblogCon...but I'd rather be in Minnesota in November before I'm in Las Vegas.
